No fitness membership is required to participate in these advanced, high paced fitness classes. Our fitness classes run in 6-8 week sessions, and are available to participants in full session or drop-in classes. Dropping into a class offers flexibility for those with a very uncertain schedule, or feel like joining a class at the last minute, however it is limited and based on class capacity. Registering for the entire session not only secures you a place in the class, but also saves you $2 per class! For drop-in registration, please pay the drop-in fee in person at the front reception 24 hours prior to the class start time. If the minimum class registration is not met, the class will be cancelled, registrants will be contacted and their accounts will be credited.
