We are here to help you get your workouts in during the COVID-19 pandemic through virtual / online training.
We have taken our years of experience to deliver premium in-home training (online) – so that we can provide the exercise, connection, and stress-relief you need during this unprecedented time.
All you need is a small amount of space, a screen (laptop, tablet, or phone) and an Internet connection – we will take care of the rest.
Our workouts are fully customized, highly effective and – most importantly – safe. They’re also fun (most of the time!) and super rewarding.
While it’s common to begin seeing – and feeling – results shortly after you start working with us, we aren’t a great choice if you’re seeking a quick fix or superficial results. We see ourselves as your partner in health – and are here to guide you through the (awesome) process of create a strong, balanced, and functional body for the long-term.

WHAT DO I NEED?
Virtual doesn’t mean it’s complicated.
No equipment? No worries!
Your trainer will create a plan based on the equipment you have access to.
- A reliable internet connection
- A smartphone, tablet or laptop with webcam
- Smartphone users may consider tripod or stand for added stability
- Basic equipment including a mat, resistance bands, and an exercise ball (if available).
VIRTUAL TRAINING PACKAGES
Drop-in: $70 per session
VT 5-Pack: $350 + GST / $70 per session
VT 15-Pack: $990 + GST / $66 per session
VT 25-Pack: $1550 + GST / $62 per session
Each package includes:
- 30-minute consult with your Peak trainer
- 1-on-1 customized sessions, designed to achieve your goals while
accommodating any injuries or physical limitations - Various types of workouts, including cardiovascular health, strength,
endurance and mobility - Sessions are charted for real-time results tracking
- Detailed workouts sent via email after each session
- Complimentary access to our weekly virtual group classes

SESSION STRUCTURE
Each session is 50 minutes:
- 5 minutes to review the safety protocols and workout plan
- 45 mins of training time, includes a debrief and stretching

Virtual Group Classes
Access to our live classes and the on-demand video library are included with your Virtual/Online training program. Whether you are a beginner, just starting your workout journey or a fitness buff in need of an extra challenge, these trainer-led classes will give you a boost between individual training sessions.

Weekly Classes
Classes will be each week, scheduled by your trainer/coach
Virtual Classes combine strength and cardio exercises to provide a well-rounded, full body workout. We also have Boxing, and “at-home” hockey workouts.
Our trainers will challenge you with innovative exercise combinations – no equipment required. To guide your technique, we will demonstrate each exercise and provide optional modifications to accommodate injuries or limitations.
