Off-ice hockey personal and small group training is available at Peak Performance and Athletics and Brandon Fitness Combat Academy, led by experienced coaches Josh Elmes and Ryker Batson.

Junior (Under 14)
U14 Off-Ice Hockey Training (Dryland)
Take your game to the next level this off-season with our U14 Hockey Dryland Training Program at Peak Performance and Athletics and Brandon Fitness Combat Academy.
Designed specifically for developing athletes, this program focuses on building the athletic foundation young hockey players need to succeed on the ice. Our experienced coaches, Josh Elmes and Ryker Batson, create a fun, high-energy environment while teaching proper technique and movement skills.

Serious players train in the off-season.
Our U15+ Off-Ice Hockey Training Program is built for athletes who want to separate themselves before the season starts. Whether you're preparing for tryouts, looking to gain an edge, or pushing toward the next level, our training delivers the structure and intensity needed to improve.
Led by experienced coaches, this program focuses on developing stronger, faster, and more explosive hockey athletes.

MEET YOUR COACH -
Josh Elmes is an accomplished ice hockey player with a diverse career spanning multiple leagues. Starting with two years of Midget AAA with the Wheat Kings, he was drafted by the Brandon Wheat Kings. However, he chose to play 3.5 years with the OCN Blizzard (2010-2013).
In 2014, he moved to the US to play in the USHL for the Fargo Force and Dubuque Fighting Saints. Following his junior career, Josh Elmes played for the University of Manitoba Bisons for a year, then returned to the US for a season in the SPHL.
He then spent five successful years in the ECHL, before playing this past season with the Moosomin Rangers in the BigSix Hockey League, where he helped secure a championship.
Josh Elmes continues to be a valuable and skilled player, respected in the hockey community.
