Peak Powerlifting

At Peak Performance & Athletics 24/7, we are proud to be home to a growing and dedicated powerlifting community built on strength, support, and results.

Our facility is fully equipped for serious training, featuring calibrated plates, competition-style lifting platforms, specialty barbells, racks, and chalk, giving lifters everything they need to train at a high level. In addition to our powerlifting setup, we offer a wide range of other training equipment and services, allowing members to support their strength goals with accessory work, conditioning, and overall athletic development.

We offer coaching with experienced lifters who can provide personalized programming and technical instruction, helping you improve your squat, bench press, and deadlift safely and effectively. Our members have years of experience competing in both raw and equipped powerlifting, and we welcome lifters aged 14 and up to be part of the team.

Throughout the year, we host powerlifting classes and clinics, giving athletes opportunities to learn, grow, and connect within the sport.

Most importantly, everyone is welcome—from advanced lifters chasing competition goals, to complete beginners, to anyone interested in picking up a new hobby and getting stronger in a supportive environment.

    At Peak Performance & Athletics 24/7, our Personal Training for Powerlifting is built around a facility designed to help you get the most out of every session.

    Train in a fully equipped environment featuring calibrated plates, competition-style platforms, specialty barbells, racks, and chalk, along with a wide variety of additional strength and conditioning equipment to support accessory work and overall performance. Our space is set up for serious training while still being welcoming and accessible to all experience levels.

    We offer personal training for powerlifting, as well as online instruction, giving you flexibility in how you train and progress. Whether you're working on technique, building strength, or preparing for competition, you’ll have access to the tools and space needed to succeed.

    We also provide custom group and team training, ideal for teams looking to improve strength, conditioning, and performance in a structured, high-quality training environment.
