Women’s Fitness Classes
At Brandon Fitness & Combat Academy, our Women’s Only Boxing & Fitness Classes provide a welcoming, supportive, and empowering environment for women of all fitness levels.
Classes run Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00–7:00 PM and are designed to help you build confidence, improve fitness, and learn the fundamentals of boxing. Each session combines technique, conditioning, and fun, high-energy workouts that will challenge you at your own pace.
Beginners are always encouraged to join—no experience is needed. Whether your goal is to get in shape, learn self-defense skills, or try something new, our coaches are here to guide and support you every step of the way.

Women's Only Fitness Classes
At Brandon Fitness & Combat Academy, we offer Women’s Only Boxing & Bootcamp Fitness Classes designed to help you get stronger, fitter, and more confident in a supportive, all-women environment.
These group training sessions combine boxing fundamentals with high-energy bootcamp-style workouts, giving you the perfect mix of skill development and full-body conditioning. Whether you’re hitting the pads, working on footwork, or pushing through strength and cardio circuits, every class is built to challenge you while keeping things fun and motivating.
Our classes are beginner-friendly, so no experience is needed—just show up ready to work and improve at your own pace. Whether your goal is weight loss, building strength, relieving stress, or learning boxing basics, this program is for you.
